This policy governs how we collect, store, and utilize your private profiles in alignment with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) guidelines.

1. Information Collected

We process two categories of user records: values you submit directly, and technical digital signatures captured via standard web protocols.

  • Submitted directly: Name, professional company email address, direct personal handphone number, corporate sector, and intentional growth goals.
  • Stored automatically: Internet Protocol (IP) range, browser configurations, relative navigation logs, and specific cookie consents.

3. Third-Party Analytics Tools

We leverage basic Google Analytics signals only after you click the accept cookies trigger in our Consent Manager banner. Once enabled, Google Analytics records general user flow patterns. Absolute anonymity is enforced, and no raw corporate identity records are leaked to advertising networks. You can decline this tracking in the cookie settings in our footer.

4. Retention & Safeguarding Systems

We hold your records for a maximum of 5 years or until you request direct removal. All archives sit in encrypted databases protected behind dual-factor secure protocols. Security breaches can be reported directly to our commission desk at [email protected].
